It is Australia's top motorcycle racing series, featuring the country's greatest riders and equipment. Since 1990, the WorldSBK championship has been played annually. About Track

One of the most famous and thrilling locations in motorsport is the stunning Phillip Island track, which is located on the Bass Strait off the Australian coast of Victoria. Soon after the inaugural MotoGP visit to Phillip Island in 1989, WorldSBK held its first event there in 1990.

Australia's great motorcycle racing legacy is demonstrated by the number of two-wheel racing stars it has produced, including Mick Doohan, Wayne Gardner, Troy Corser, Casey Stoner, and Troy Bayliss.
